Unionised workers at Name of Obligation studio Raven Software program have filed a criticism with the Nationwide Labor Relations Board after claims that Activision and Microsoft are stalling over contract negotiations.
The criticism, as reported by GameFile, alleged that Activision and Microsoft are responsible of “Refusal to Cut price / Unhealthy Religion Bargaining”.
“After Microsoft’s acquisition of Activision Blizzard, our members have been optimistic that they’d progress shortly to a primary contract at Raven Software program,” CWA president Claude Cummings Jr informed Sport File.
“Sadly, that has not occurred. We encourage Microsoft to handle the considerations raised within the Unfair Labor Apply cost and make reaching a good settlement a precedence.”
A Microsoft spokesperson informed Sport File: “We’re dedicated to negotiating in good religion.”
Activision Blizzard formally recognised the union, which was established by a gaggle of QA staff, in 2022. The Sport Staff Alliance was the primary labour union shaped at a serious US gaming firm.
